• Notes: This CD has identical matrix numbers & tracklist as the Dutch Picture CD but with a silver disc so is almost certainly Dutch. There are two cover variants, one with a darker 'Metallica' logo and another with a lighter color. This does not seem to be related to matrix versions. The darker cover also has an almost invisible rattle snake as seen at the limited edition Dutch CD.
